was originally founded by Mr. Michael W. Kort and Mr. Sam
Johnson in 1995 and remains a privately held company headquartered
in Goliad, Texas, U.S.A. We specialize in supplying the Oil and Gas
Industries with products supplied by our Associates in the U.S.A.

Recently in 2005, we are expanding
our wing through Asia by establishing a Regional Office for Asia in
Jakarta, Indonesia under the name of North Star International.
Our goal is, at first, to penetrate the Indonesian Oil and Gas operation
market, with no monopoly in mind. |
North Star International has a
strong foundation with expertise for more than forty years in Oil and
Gas Production and Maintenance field. Our employees are focused innovative solutions and quality to
meet our global customers’ needs.
